In general, reservations can canceled free of charge 48 hours before check in, except for any rate or season that may have a different condition. Once that period is fulfilled, the reservation will be charged 100% through the credit card the client registered. If we cannot charge the card, we will send a note. If we don't receive a valid credit card or a way to charge the reservation within 12 hours, reservation will be canceled freeing up the space for other reservations.
Check out of the rooms is at 12:00 (noon) and check in at 3:00 pm. However, a few hours before check in or a few hours after check out, facilities may be used, such as swimming pools and outdoor showers, as well as being able to consume in the bar or restaurant.
At the time of check-in at the hotel, a credit card will be requested where US $ 100 per room will be left as a guarantee for possible consumption in the bar or restaurant, which will be recorded as room credit. At the time of check out, we will verified the bill and the corresponding charge will be made on the card. If the guest does not have a credit card or does not want to leave said guarantee, they must pay their consumption at the time, either at the wet bar or restaurant.
Pool towels can be freely requested at the hotel reception. However, US $ 10 per towel will be charged to the room, a charge that will be released upon return.
